Friday fitness

I got 8.3 on the beep test, I did 8 push-ups, I held a plank for 40 seconds, I got 11.92 on the T test, I got to level 7 on the sit and reach, and I only hit the ground with the balance board in 30 seconds. my heart rate after the beep test was 240/ minute. I measured it in the heart monitor.

extended community run

I tried my hardest for the run but I did end up walking for a bit and when I dd walk I only let myself run for maximum one minute. I ended up getting 25:45 for the whole run.

P.E. blog

I have been doing very well in p e this semester and I hope that I can continue this pattern for the rest of the year. I usually try my hardest but sometimes I am just not in the mood for p e or the people I get teamed up with cheat and don't play fairly or properly. the rest of the class is what discourages me and that is the biggest reason why I don't always participate to my fullest capability. so I think that I deserve a B in p e because I don't always give it my best and sometimes I slack off a little. so whatever mark that you decide to give me I will be fine with.
